Our Technical Consultant firstly calls you to get more details on your inquiry and sets an appointment at a time convenient for you.

Site Visit

At the time and date of the appointment, our Technical Consultant arrives on site and inspects the equipment in question. Next, he moves onto directly resolving your equip- ment issue, be it repair or recalibration.

Service Report

Once the issue has been resolved and equipment is now fully functional, our Technical Consultant issues an authorized Service Report and signs it, verifying the maintenance is complete.

Energy Consumption Audit

On a quarterly basis, we conduct a thorough audit on the energy consumption and equipment condition. This ensures that you are constantly in the know when it comes to the costs of maintenance and potential future expenses related to your equipment.

Monthly Report

Once a month, you may choose to download our monthly report. In it, you can find a complete history of all the tickets and their corresponding Service Reports.

All that’s left is to update the ticket status and close the ticket. Another issue resolved.
